Recruitments Process starts after receiving the following documents from our
1. Power of attorney (Click For Specimen)
2. Demand letter ( Click For Specimen)
3. Letter in the name of Consular / Consul General of the Employer’s county in Pakistan ( Click For Specimen)
4. Visa Slip in original.
5. Copy of the Employer ID Card.
6. Copy of the Employer Commercial
Registration / Licence.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
(a) PERMISSION FROM THE PRORATE OF EMIGRANTS:
the docouments received from the Employer; are submitted to the portecter of
Emigrants (Govt. Of Pakistan ); for necessary registration /permission
(b) PRESS ADVERTISMENTS:
therafter ; the valencies are advertised through leading National Newspapers; to
attract large number of candidates against the demand (s) received..
on evaluation of the applications received ; short listing of the deserving candidates
is instiated and calls letter issued for provisional interview and trade test ect.
the short listed candidates are then required to appear before the selection Board ;
thereafter the selection candidates are put to test .the final rating is done after
consideration of the individuals over all performance
(e) MEDICAL TEST:
The finally sleeted candidates are required to appear before the Medical board comprising of highly competent specialist/doctors for conducting full medical checkup by medical entry duly approved by GCC and the consulate of the employer’s country.
On completion of the above formalities passports of the candidates along with all required documents are submitted for visa stamping to the embassy/consulate of the country of employment.
Government of Pakistan formalities:
(g) Final Registration of candidates:
after visa stamping the papers are passed on to the ministry pf labor )Govt of Pakistan) Islamabad for final registration of the candidates. This process is normally completed within 24 hours from the time of submission of passports and documents to the authority concerned.
(h)Briefing and Orientation REG: Drug abuse etc.
A full lengthy brief is conducted by us and Dept. / Protector of emigrants (Govt of Pakistan) prior to their final registration, so that they must well acquaint them selves with rules and regulations of the country of employment particularly the strict laws about drug abusing.
(i) Deployment of emigrants:
Finally immediate arrangements are for deployments of the emigrant(s) to join their duties with the respective employers.
(j) Employment files:
each emigrants will carry with him employment protector comprising of the following documents:
1)photo copy of passport showing protector clearance visa stamped
ii) employment agreement
iii photo graphs
iv) copy of medical report
v) trade test report for technical candidates
vi) copies of education certificates
vii)application from (BTO-Deta)
